GetVacancy.in is a free job matching platform that connects job seekers with verified employers across India. Our services include:

• Collecting job seeker profiles through our application form
• Matching candidates with employer requirements based on skills, location, and experience
• Forwarding candidate profiles to relevant employers
• Facilitating hiring enquiries from employers
• Sending job alerts via WhatsApp, SMS, and Email

We act as an intermediary between job seekers and employers. We do not guarantee employment or placement as a result of using our services.

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information in all forms
• Have the legal right to work in India (for job seekers)
• Be a legitimately registered business (for employers)

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

As a job seeker using GetVacancy.in, you agree that:

• Our service is 100% free for job seekers. We will never charge you any registration fee, placement fee, or consultation fee.
• All information you provide (name, contact, qualifications, experience) must be accurate. Providing false information may result in your profile being removed.
• By submitting your application, you give us permission to share your profile details with our employer partners for job matching purposes.
• We do not guarantee an interview call, placement, or employment as a result of submitting your profile.
• You may withdraw your consent and request removal of your data by contacting us at support@getvacancy.in.
• You agree to receive job alerts and updates via WhatsApp, SMS, and Email on the contact details you provide.

As an employer using GetVacancy.in, you agree that:

• All job requirements you share must be genuine and legally compliant with Indian labour laws.
• You will not discriminate against candidates on the basis of religion, caste, gender, or disability.
• Candidate profiles shared with you are for hiring purposes only. You may not use or share them for any other purpose.
• Payment for employer plans must be made in advance as per the selected plan. Services begin after payment confirmation.
• Our Replacement Guarantee applies only on Growth and Enterprise plans, within 30 days of joining, if the hired candidate leaves voluntarily.
• We reserve the right to pause or terminate service if the employer is found to have misrepresented requirements or mistreated candidates.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on GetVacancy.in:

• Submitting fake, duplicate, or misleading information
• Using our platform to collect candidate data for purposes other than genuine hiring
• Charging job seekers any fee after connecting them through GetVacancy.in
• Scraping, copying, or republishing content from our website without permission
• Using automated bots or scripts to access our services
• Posting illegal, fraudulent, or inappropriate job requirements
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating candidates or our team

Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from our platform and legal action if warranted.

By using our website and submitting forms, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We collect data including your name, mobile number, email address, and job preferences for the purpose of job matching and communication.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with verified employer partners strictly for job placement purposes.

All employer plans are prepaid. Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or online payment gateway.

• Starter Plan (Pay Per Hire): Non-refundable once profiles are delivered.
• Growth / Enterprise Plans: No refund after the plan period begins. Unused days are not refundable.
• Replacement Guarantee: If a placed candidate leaves within 30 days, we will provide replacement profiles at no extra cost (subject to plan terms).

For billing disputes, contact us within 7 days of the transaction at support@getvacancy.in.

GetVacancy.in is a job matching intermediary and is not responsible for:

• The hiring decisions made by employers
• The accuracy of information provided by candidates or employers
• Employment outcomes, salary negotiations, or workplace conditions after placement
• Any loss or damage arising from the use of our platform

Our platform is provided “as is” without any warranty of uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.
